New Structure Alert!! Recently commenced construction on the incredibly exciting Lifestyle Centre at De Aanzicht for Balwin Properties. I do however find it somewhat ironic that the majority of the detail design (from a structural perspective) will never been seen by the general public. Sure the views from up top across to Table Mountain are nothing short of phenomenal and the end product with the cliff hanging pool and world class penthouses are going to be amazing.
